In the project "Bootleg Toyshop," I worked as a group with Armando Xie and Xuanli Yang. We created toys infused with humor and satire, reflecting the context and events of 2023. This was a project during my sophomore year at GCD, centered around the theme of a time capsule. We aimed to use toys as a medium to represent a time capsule, intending for people to look back a hundred years from now and understand the events and humor of 2023 through these toys.
